That's not at all the problem, Mark! Definitely not, although because I quite elderly, mine doesn't come up as well as it used to.
No, the problem is because I'm quite insane, and I can't talk to a woman for more than a few minutes before she detects it and leaves. I've thought about prostitutes, where at least I could lose my virginity. But that wouldn't solve my long term problem as a sex fiend. As a sex fiend, I cannot ever get enough. I need a regular supply - i.e., a wife.
